Nada Assaf joined 109 Architectes in 2005, and leads the team on a wide range of projects including residential, touristic, and educational. Architect in charge of the internationally recognized Université Saint-Joseph Campus in Beirut, Dier Koubel Gate, and Jabal Omar Development, she is known for a rigorous work ethic and high expectations that drive the best results from her colleagues.
Nada began her career at Dar Alhandasah Nazih Tabet, before moving on to positions at Atelier des Architectes Associés and Averda. She holds a DES from the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts. Because her job consists of designing spaces dedicated to living, Nada says she’s always observing the way people and societies live and interact. She travels abroad as often as possible to absorb inspiration from other cultures.
