109 Architectes is in KSA Riyadh

This Riyadh project is the reinterpretation of a local residential compound located within a hybrid urban setting. With the plot being at the fringe between two different urban fabrics, the challenge was to deal with both a commercial environment and a residential zone. The buildings are configured to generate a protected green area. The plans of the dwellings are designed to bring a competitive edge, by creating new types of plans, spaces and interaction.
