Michel Georr co-founded 109architectes in 2002. With a limited focus on the day-to-day business, he is charged with a rapidly increasing client base and the firm’s sustained growth in both earnings and turnover. Dedicated to driving employee motivation, loyalty, and commitment, Michel was also instrumental in creating a customized reward and partnership system for the firm’s architects and staff.
Michel’s diverse background spans industries. From 1993 to 1998, he was a senior architect with Basile, Homsi & Associates, where he was part of the Architectural Design Unit. There, he led several large-scale projects.
Michel worked for 20 years with Saradar Group in International Real Estate Investments and large developments. Acting as Chairman, CEO, Board Member or Advisor to the Board, he was involved in a wide variety of real estate ventures, funds and companies as well as family office experiences in the MENA region, in Europe, and the US.
Michel holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, France-Singapore (2006), an MBA from ESCP-EAP, Paris and Beirut (1999), and a DESS in Architecture from ALBA, Beirut (1993). He also attended several executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Euromoney, and INSEAD.
