Architect, Urban Planner
Joy Traboulsi
The turning point in Joy’s career was joining 109 architectes team back in 2008.

Ever since, he played a key role in the contribution of the firm’s most challenging projects and meticulously balanced between neat designs and proper execution.

His journey at 109 is an architectural specter fluctuating between high mountain chalets, residential compounds, mixed-use projects, high-rise buildings, and large-scale projects. Not to forget his involvement in local and international competitions and his essential role in winning many.

His previous experience extends to design, interior design, and execution in positions at Shobily Group, Traboulsi Atelier in association with Tabet Group, and Bureau Yazigi-Sfeir.  Joy earned a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and a BA in Architecture from the Lebanese University before beginning his career.

Accomplished in both architecture and urban design, Joy says the completion of a United Nations Development Program project in 2004 is one of his proudest moments.  Participating in the renovation of five historic Lebanese cities, he contributed urban planning expertise to the development of his country.
